 How do I test my Stay Simple unit?


Stay Simple units are tested on a regular basis. However, it is still onus responsibility to test your units regularly. That can be done by downloading the Stay Simple App and do it your self 24hrs a day or by calling our client service centre on 0110378516.

What happens if I sell my car?


If you sell the vehicle before the end of the contract:
◦ You can do a De & Re-installation of the unit to your next vehicle.
◦ You can choose to end the contract (early cancellations costs apply).
◦ You can opt to transfer over your contract to the new owner.
◦ You can continue to pay the monthly fee until the end of the contract period.

Where do I have to go to get my vehicle installed with a Stay Simple device?

Our technicians are mobile, and will meet you at a place and time convenient to you.

What is the difference between cash and free fitment 36 months contract?

CASH: When the client pays for installation and is on a month to month contract.
FREE FITMENT: Client enters into a 36-month agreement and does not pay for installation.

Can I acquire a trip logbook for SARS purposes?


Yes Stay Simple devices do record all trips information for your reports and logbook for up to six months.

 Can I track my vehicle beyond the boarder of SA?


Every Stay Simple unit is equipped with international roaming capabilities, and can therefore be tracked locally and beyond South Africa’s borders.

Can Stay Simple device be fitted to any make of vehicle?


​Stay Simple devices can be fitted to all makes and models of passenger, commercial and heavy goods vehicles.

 Does the unit interfere with the vehicle’s warranty?


Stay Simple units are Icasa approved and works perfectly within all vehicles electronics.

Will Stay Simple disclose my location to anyone other than me?


No, unless you have given authorisation to a third party.

 Do I need to be in a certain area before I can test my Stay Simple unit?

Stay Simple units can be tested wherever you are located, provided there is GSM coverage.
